* Ground : Items ship from Washington state so arrival will depend on your location.
* Next Day Air : You will recive your items the next business day.
* 2nd Day Air : You will recive your items in 2 business days.
* 3rd Day Air : You will recive your items in 3 business days.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
* No, we only ship in United States.

* You will emailed a tracking number that you can track your shipments with.
How do I calculate shipping charges?
* Shipping charges can be viewed in your shopping cart.
If I have an item shipped by truck freight is the driver responsible for unloading the merchandise?
* No, truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipment.
If I have more than one item on my order and an item is on back order, do I get charged shipping twice?
* Yes, each item is charged shipping when it leaves. However, you are not charged any additional shipping from what was quoted at the time of the order. The shipping cost is pro-rated.
